(No person under the age of 16 years can participate in this Poker Rally unless accompanied by an adult)
GENERAL WAIVER:
I hereby release, remise and forever discharge the Isle Madame ATV Rider's Association, its members and directors from any liability, damages, cause of action, or other civil remedy arising from any injury, loss, or damage or death that occurs by my own cause or the cause of another, because of my participation in or at this club event, located at or near Arichat, Nova Scotia.
That I am participating in this event on a voluntary basis, and having considered the danger associated with the use of an all terrain vehicle or other, and do hereby acknowledge that I am joining in with this Isle Madame Poker Rally at my own risk, fully aware of the dangers associated herein. I agree not to pursue any action, or cause of any action of any nature against the organization, or property owner for any loss sustained because of my attendance at and or participation in this Poker Rally, sponsored by the Isle Madame ATV Rider's Association.
By participating, I agree that no person shall, while on the trail:
a). Be impaired by alcohol or drugs;
b). Act in a noisy or disorderly manner;
c). Create a disturbance;
d). Drive without a helmet;
e). Pursue a course of conduct which is detrimental to the safety of other trail users or their enjoyment of the trail and its facilities;
f). Wilfully destroy trail property and other natural resources found on or adjacent to a trail;
g). Dump or deposit garbage or other material on or from a trail other than in a receptacle so provided; or
h). Engage in any other activity prohibited by regulation.
By checking on this box, I (and my passenger) hereby agree that the above waivers are understood. |
